Our Company History

The Bluechip Blueprint: Revolutionising the way Polynesians and young people see their lives – by providing a blueprint for success not just for themselves, but for their families.

From the Warehouse to Wealth

Bluechip Property didn’t start in a suit and tie. It started in a warehouse, when I was just 19 years old.

At the time, I was working long, hard shifts and trying to make sense of what I wanted in life. Deep down, I knew one thing for sure: I didn’t want to be stuck in that warehouse forever. I didn’t know the exact path, but I knew I needed direction. I needed a way out.

So I started saving. Every dollar I earned, I set aside for a deposit. I didn’t have a financial plan or access to fancy advice – just grit, hunger, and the belief that there had to be more.

Eventually, I connected with a property adviser who saw potential in me. They gave me guidance, showed me a different way of thinking, and for the first time, I felt like I had a roadmap.

After months of grinding, I saved enough to buy my first investment property at 19. That moment changed my life. But as proud as I was, I later realised that if I had the knowledge I have now, I would have bought a different property – one that would’ve supercharged my growth more than my first investment.

Back at work, I started sharing what I’d learned with the boys on the warehouse floor. But most of them didn’t see the vision. And it hurt – not because they didn’t care, but because they didn’t believe it was even possible for people like us. They thought they weren’t smart enough… or that this kind of success wasn’t meant for them.

That moment stuck with me.

From Warehouse To Investment Advisor

After buying my first property at 19, something clicked. I realised there was untapped power in property investing – not just for me, but for anyone willing to learn the game.

Driven by that spark, I landed a role at one of the biggest property investment firms in Australia. I started at the very bottom – front desk admin – answering phones and greeting clients. But I wasn’t there to stay comfortable. I was hungry to grow, to learn, and to be around the conversations that were changing people’s financial futures.

Before long, I worked my way up to become the Strategy and Acquisitions Coordinator for the entire business. I was helping everyday Australians build portfolios that would retire them early, give them options in life, and create generational wealth. It was an honour – and it showed me just how powerful the right guidance can be.

For five years, I lived and breathed the investment world – helping hundreds of clients make strategic property decisions while also building my own personal portfolio on the side.

But something never sat right with me.

In all that time…
All those meetings…
All those successful outcomes…

I never once saw another Polynesian investor.

Rarely did I see anyone close to my own age.
And I was the only one in those rooms who looked or spoke like me.

That hurt – deeply.

Because I had spent years helping people from every background build wealth… except my own community.

Not because they lacked potential. But because they lacked access.

Because no one ever taught us how.
Because somewhere along the way, we were made to believe that wealth wasn’t meant for us.

The Mission Becomes a Movement

After five years as a property adviser –
After being involved in over $600 million in property transactions
After helping create $9 million in equity for everyday Australians
After sourcing hundreds of investment properties that changed people’s lives…

I knew it was time to build something of my own.

That’s why I launched Bluechip Property.

Not just to help people build portfolios – but to help them believe they can.

Because the real barrier isn’t just money. It’s mindset.

Now, my mission is clear:
To help my own people – young investors and the Polynesian community – realise that wealth is not reserved for the lucky or the elite. It’s available to those who are educated, empowered, and supported.

Even if someone chooses not to pursue property investing…
If we can help shift the way they view their life, their potential, and their future
If we can help them believe they’re capable of more
Then we’ve done our job.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a movement.

And we’re just getting started.
